Michael Tucker is a seasoned CPA with 35 years of expertise in advising tax professionals and practicing tax law in personal, pass-through and estate/gift taxation. Michael oversees Surgent’s Tax and Advisory content and is a CPE instructor covering a range of tax and specialized courses. Michael received a Juris Doctor degree from New York University, Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center and a doctorate from the University of Houston.
