Jack is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Hofstra University in New York. He has taught financial accounting, auditing, and various research seminars at the graduate and undergraduate levels and is currently focused on emerging technologies and data analytics. Jack holds a BBA in Accounting and a Master of Science in Accounting from James Madison University and received his PhD in Accounting from the University of Tennessee. He holds an active CPA license in New York and Virginia.  He began his career at PwC as an assurance associate and was primarily focused on financial service firms and manufacturing firms. Dr. Castonguay is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and spends his spare time running marathons and reading historical and political nonfiction books.
