When is the CISA exam offered?
Candidates are eligible to either take the exam in person at a PSI testing center or the online-proctored CISA exam. The exams are offered on an on-going basis throughout the year.
Where can I take the CISA exam?
The CISA exam is administered at PSI testing centers globally. Additionally, exams are offered via remote proctoring at the student’s convenience. For a complete list of locations, go to https://isacaavailability.psiexams.com.
When are CISA exam scores released?
Candidates can view their results immediately after the exam is completed. Official results are emailed to candidates within 10 business days.
How is the CISA exam scored?
The candidate’s raw score is converted into a scale of 200–800, with 450 being the passing score. Each question on the exam is weighted evenly. Questions must be answered correctly to receive credit, and there are no score deductions for incorrect answers.
How much does the CISA exam cost?
Exam registration costs $575 for Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) members, and $760 for non-members.
Do CISAs have continuing education requirements?
Yes. CISAs must complete a total of 120 continuing education hours every three years, with at least 20 hours completed per year.
